This article, Setup Status Duplicate Management, provides guidance for the OneMerge Status page, in particular the Duplicate Management panel. The purpose of this panel is to display the current status of the Matching and Duplicate Rules within your Salesforce instance. The panel is displayed based upon the Salesforce Object that is selected from the dropdown.
As stated, Salesforce Duplicate Management provides Matching Rules (duplicate identification) and Duplicate Rules (what action to take). OneMerge extends these standard features with Merge Rules (duplicate merge automation).
There are three links within the panel, Active Matching Rules, Active Duplicate Rules and Duplicate Record Sets. The link will show how many Matching and Duplicates Rules are currently active, enabling you to select the link and be redirected to make any amendments. The Duplicate Record Sets link takes you to the DRS Tab.
There is also a summary of when the Last Matching Rule and Last Duplicate Rule change occurred. You can refresh the information in this panel by selecting the settings icon top right. A green tick icon indicates you have Active Rules, an Amber icon indicates there are no current active Rules, and therefore needs attention.
