OneMerge Find Duplicates

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Find Duplicates User Interface feature within OneMerge. Find Duplicates provides the ability to be able to search for Duplicate records within Objects by applying filters.

Find Duplicates User Interface

The Find Duplicates feature is a separate tab within OneMerge. The following steps describe how to use search for duplicates using the filters within the page:

1. Navigate to the Find Duplicates tab.
2. Select a Salesforce Object from the dropdown to search for Duplicates.
3. Use the slider to select the number of records within the Object to be checked (maximum 500).
4. You can then select the order the results are displayed in.
5. Next you can add the filters that should be used for the search.
6. Once the filters have been added, click the Find button.

In the example below, the filters used for the Contact Object are Mailing City, First Name and Last Name.

The panel on the right returns the results based upon the filters selected.
