OneMerge Duplicate Check Jobs

The following article provides further information about the Duplicate Check Jobs feature within OneMerge, this article explains how to access the Find Duplicates feature from the Duplicate Check Jobs results.

Once a Duplicate Check Job has been scheduled, the results are displayed in the Duplicate Check Jobs Tab within OneMerge. Within the Related Tab of each Duplicate Check Job result, Duplicate Check Groupings are displayed. Selecting one of these will show the Duplicate details:

Within here, you can select to View Duplicates. Note: The button may need added to the Page Layout. A popup is displayed summarising the grouping. From here, you can click on the View Duplicate Records button.

Once you click the View Duplicate Records button, you will be redirected to the Find Duplicates Tab. The information for the group selected will be displayed.
