Agentforce Agent Actions

There are steps that need to be followed to setup the OneMerge Data Quality Agent  and this Training Article provides the steps to follow. The assumption is that OneMerge v1.83 or above has been installed. The following training article also provides setup information.

1. 1. 1. Within Setup, open Einstein, Einstein Setup and select On.
      2. Next, go to Agentforce Studio>Agentforce Agents and select On.
      3. Select the New Agent button.
      4. Select OneMerge Data Quality Agent.
      5. Select Next.
      6. Select each Step and follow the Instructions.
      7. Select Next and Activate the Agent. 

The following demo shows how to create the New Agent.

Once the Agent has been activated, you need to give access to this Agent for the relevant User Profiles.

1. Select the OneMerge Data Quality Agent.
2. Select Edit.
3. Select the Agent Access Tab.
4. Select Profiles with Agent Access.
5. Select the Add button and select each Profile you want to have access to this Agent.
6. Go back to Setup and Users and assign the permission sets ‘OneMerge Data Quality Agent User’ and ‘Agentforce Default Admin‘.

If you now login using one of these profiles and select Agentforce, you will see in the chat box the Agent displayed is OneMerge Data Quality Agent.
