Agent Action Find Duplicate Records

This article provides an overview and example of the OneMerge Data Quality Agentforce Agent Action – Find Duplicates, available with OneMerge build 1.83 upwards.

The OneMerge Agent can find Duplicate Records through a conversational Interface. The Steps below show you how, but please note that the response from OneMerge Data Quality Agent may not be exact.

• Open OneMerge Data Quality Agent (to enable, follow the steps in the Data Quality Agent for Agentforce page).
• Ensure you are in an Account Record that has a Duplicate.
• Enter the text ‘Find Duplicate Records’.

You will be asked if you would like to specify which is the Master Record. If you do not, then one will be generated based upon the existing rules.

• In this example, we will say Yes to the question.

• Enter the option as number 2.

A link to the Master Record will be displayed, which when you click on it, will take you to the correct record that was requested to become the Master Record. Within here, you will be able to see the Merge Rule Lineage, which shows the Merge Results.
