Test Scenario 1 – How to Create Matching Filter Items

Matching Filter Items define filter conditions to be applied to the records processed by OneMerge Matching Jobs.

To create Matching Filter Items, follow these steps:  

  1. From the OneMerge Application Home page, click Guided Setup in the footer.
  2. On the first screen select the Setup Action Manage Matching Filters (Enterprise Edition), and click the Next button (as shown below).
  3. The next screen will display any existing Matching Filters, select the Matching Filter and click Manage Filter Items, click the Next button.
  4. On the next screen, click Create New and click the Next Button.
  5. On the next screen, enter label ‘Billing Country is USA’, select field ‘Billing Country’, select operator ‘Equals’ enter filter value ‘USA’ , click Continue and click the Next button.
  6. On the next screen, click Save and click the Next button.
  7. The next screen displays a validation table, click the Finish button.

A matching filter item for Billing Country = USA has now been setup.
