How to Rollback Merge Results

OneMerge Rollback Merge Results

When Records have Matched and Merged, a Master Record is created. This Record will contain the history of the Merge, known as the Merge Rule Lineage which can be found on the details page of the Record. If the Merge result is not as expected, which could be due to incorrect Merge Rules, there is the ability to be able to Rollback the Merge Result within the Record.

Blog post, https://onemerge.co.uk/blog/merge-rollback/,  explains the Mass Rollback feature in more detail. This article walks through the steps on how to use the Rollback Feature within the Record.
