OneMerge Mass Rollback Merge Events

When Records have Matched and Merged, a Master Record is created. This Record will contain the history of the Merge, known as the Merge Rule Lineage which can be found on the details page of the Record. If the Merge result is not as expected, which could be due to incorrect Merge Rules, there is the ability to be able to Rollback the Merge Result either within the Record or using Mass Rollback.

Follow these steps:

1. From the OneMerge Application Home Page, click Mass Rollback in the footer.
2. On the first screen select the Salesforce Object.
3. Using the slider, select the number of days where Merge Events have taken place (as shown below), click the Next button.
4. On the next screen select up to 50 Merge Results to Rollback.
5. Click the Rollback button.
6. On the next screen, a summary of the Mass Rollback Results is displayed (as shown below). Clicking Finish will take you back to the start of the Mass Rollback process.
