French and Spanish Language Support
OneMerge Free Edition can now be translated into French or Spanish, in addition to English.
Once the required language has been activated within Salesforce, users can access the OneMerge Free Edition interface in their selected language. This provides a more accessible duplicate-resolution experience for multilingual teams and Salesforce organisations operating across different countries.
Language settings can be enabled through Salesforce Setup. Navigate to Translation Workbench, enable the translation settings and activate French or Spanish. Ensure the User has the correct language settings. Return to OneMerge Free Edition and refresh the browser to display the translated interface.

Safer Initial Setup
When you first install OneMerge Free Edition, Flows and Triggers (PersonAccounts) are deactivated by default.
This provides Salesforce Administrators greater control over initial configuration, allowing setup to be reviewed before enabling duplicate processing.
OneMerge Activation Status
A new OneMerge Activation Status panel has been added to the Setup tab to make it easier to configure OneMerge Free Edition and understand when it is ready to process duplicates.
For the selected Salesforce Object, Activation Status provides the status of:
Clear status indicators show which configuration is active, inactive, optional or available for review.
OneMerge Edition Guidance
OneMerge Free Edition now includes clearer information about functionality available in the paid OneMerge editions.
Administrators can compare editions and learn about additional capabilities including real-time duplicate resolution, advanced automation and functionality designed for higher-volume requirements.
OneMerge Merge Jobs
The Merge Jobs panel provides an overview of Scheduled Merge and Matching jobs, based upon last scheduled, next scheduled and last job results.

New Merge Rule Configuration Setting
A new configuration setting has been added to the Merge Rule feature ‘Is Relaxed Population?’.
This setting is a checkbox and when ticked, enables field values to be copied from the highest ranked record by the default priority factors.
The setting can be accessed via the Guided Setup, or the Merge Rule Setup tab.
