Salesforce is already good at identifying potential duplicate records.
The challenge is what happens next.
Without automation, duplicate resolution often becomes a manual administrative task: compare records, choose the surviving master, decide which values to retain, complete the merge, then repeat the process again and again.
That is exactly the problem OneMerge is designed to solve.
Our new interactive demo shows how OneMerge extends Salesforce Duplicate Management into a more efficient duplicate resolution process.
Setup the Rules. Automate Resolution. Review Exceptions Only.
The demo follows the full OneMerge workflow.
It starts with Salesforce Duplicate Management, where Matching Rules and Duplicate Rules identify potential duplicates.
From there, OneMerge applies configurable Merge Rules and Merge Automation to resolve routine cases automatically.
The key shift is simple:
Instead of asking an administrator to review every duplicate, automate the decisions that can be repeated safely and focus human attention only where judgement adds value.
See the work already completed
A major part of the demo focuses on Merge Activity.
Merge Activity gives administrators visibility into what OneMerge has already resolved across Salesforce.
At a glance, you can see:
- Duplicates Resolved
- Automation Rate
- Human Review Rate
- Estimated Time Saved
- Automated, agent-assisted and human-reviewed outcomes
You can also open an individual activity to understand which records were involved, which record survived, which Merge Rule was applied and how the resolution was reached.
Automation should not mean losing visibility or control.
Merge Activity is designed to make every outcome transparent and auditable.
Review exceptions, not everything
The demo then moves into Merge Decisions.
When a duplicate cannot be resolved safely through automation, it can be routed for human review.
But this is not intended to become another large duplicate-management backlog.
Merge Decisions keeps the reviewer focused on the smaller number of cases where human judgement is genuinely needed.
Each decision presents key context such as match confidence, data stewardship reason, record count and Salesforce object.
For simple cases, the reviewer can act quickly.
For cases that need closer inspection, OneMerge provides a full field-by-field comparison together with clear actions to Accept, Reject, Skip, Merge Now or open the full Merge UI.
The goal is straightforward:
Clear context. Simple decision. Move on.
Does your process pass the Coffee Break Test?
The demo also brings our Coffee Break Test concept to life.
The test is simple:
Routine Salesforce duplicate management should take minutes, not hours.
If your admins are still working through large duplicate queues, manually comparing records and making the same decisions repeatedly, there is probably more that can be automated.
OneMerge is built around a different operating model:
- Setup the Rules
- Automate Resolution
- Review Exceptions Only
The result is less duplicate management, more consistent data stewardship and cleaner, more trusted Salesforce data.
Salesforce finds duplicates. OneMerge resolves them.
