OneMerge Dashboard and Reports

Dashboards and Reports within OneMerge Standard and Enterprise Editions

OneMerge Standard Edition provides a Home Page Dashboard as default upon installation which provides information for OneMerge Reporting. Within the Dashboard, the following information is displayed:

  • Links to Reports displaying Merge Results over specific times
  • Data Stewarding Summary
  • Record Merges by Calendar Month
  • Data Stewarding Tasks
  • Records Merged by Merge Job or Merge Request

Along with Reports and Dashboard charts, there are also links to the website which provide Getting Started guides and Training Modules. The Training Modules help with all features within OneMerge, and also provide working examples.

Merge Rulesets are provided by default, but there is also the ability to amend the existing ones or create new ones. Within the Dashboard, the status of Merge Rulesets is displayed, which allows for the validation of changes or newly created.

OneMerge Reporting

The Merge Job Status is also displayed. This lists all the Jobs that are currently scheduled and when the next scheduled run is. The Job can also be cancelled within the dashboard.

Merge Logs lists al the logs for the Jobs and Requests. Clicking on each one will redirect to the relevant Merge Job detailed information.
