Within Guided Setup (further information can be found here) , there is the ability to be able to configure the following features that are applicable to the OneMerge Enterprise Edition; Matching Filters, Matching Jobs and Reparenting Jobs.
Matching Filters define filter conditions that can be applied to records processed by OneMerge Matching Jobs, for example, the Account Matching Job could run to match only customers for a given brand.
Matching Jobs can be scheduled to run hourly, every x number of hours or daily. OneMerge supports bulk matching for Account, Contact and Lead Objects.
Reparenting Jobs can also be scheduled to run hourly, every x number of hours or daily. Reparenting Rules can be setup to customise how related records are consolidated to the Master Record, for example, open Sales Opportunities.
