A new version (1.12) of the OneMerge Data Quality Agent has been added to the Salesforce AppExchange . This blog post discusses the capability in more detail.
When you install OneMerge Agentforce Agent Actions from the Salesforce AgentExchange, you will have 4 OneMerge Agent Actions:
- Create Merge Rule
- Create Merge Rule Fields
- Find Duplicate Records
- Merge Duplicate Records.
There are Training Articles available that discuss these agents in more detail.
To setup the Agentforce Agent Actions, there are a number of steps to follow:
- Within Setup, open Einstein, Einstein Setup and select On.
- Next, go to Agentforce Studio>Agentforce Agents and select On.
- Select the New Agent button.
- Select OneMerge Data Quality Agent.
- Select Next.
- Select each Step and follow the Instructions.
- Select Next.
- Activate the Agent.
- Go back to Setup and Users and assign the permission sets ‘OneMerge Data Quality Agent User’ and ‘Agentforce Default Admin‘.
The following demo provides a brief example when using the Agent to look for a Duplicate Account Record.
