Cloning Merge Rulesets has just become easier using the new MergeRule Setup feature in OneMerge Free Edition, Standard and Enterprise Editions. This blog post shows you how easy it is to do.
The following demo provides an overview in OneMerge Standard and Enterprise Editions.
Test Scenario
- Navigate to the Merge Rule Setup tab.
- From the Merge Ruleset dropdown, select the Merge Ruleset to clone. (In the demo, we are using Standard Merge Ruleset for Accounts).
- In the top right, select ‘Clone Merge Ruleset’.
- From the dropdown, select Save.
The Standard Merge Ruleset for Accounts has now been cloned. The Merge Ruleset is identified by having ‘Clone’ within the title. The default is to leave this Merge Ruleset inactive, but you can edit and make any amendments you want and activate it.
